SHELF LIFE
What is the shelf life?
We are proud our product is preservative free and the ingredients are all natural. The shelf life is 9-12 months but we really feel the freshness of the bar is best within the first 2-3 months. After that it may not be as soft or moist. Most customers still enjoy the flavor and don’t mind if the bar becomes firmer or a little drier. It is really a matter of preference of taste and texture.
Missing Package
I received an email with a delivery confirmation but my package is not here. What do I do?
FedEx and the US Postal Service are able to leave your package beside your door without a signature. If your email confirms your package was left at your address but you do not see it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
1. Check thoroughly around the area beside your door to see if the package is there
2. Check with family members to see if they brought the package inside
3. Check with neighbors to see if they accepted your package
If you still haven't located your order, we can help! Fill out the form below for immediate assistance. Please provide as much information as possible but you do not have to complete every field to submit your Package Search. We will contact the carrier and initiate a trace on your package. It may take up to 48 hours for us to get a response because they speak to the driver/delivery person. We will make every effort to get your Gold into your hands quickly!
GLUTEN
Is Grab The Gold™ gluten-free?
Our organic oats are not certified as gluten free and our soy nuggets are produced on equipment and in a plant that produces wheat products.
Grab The Gold™ is not certified gluten free but we do have customers who have celiac disease and eat a few bars daily with no adverse reactions. That being said, that is feedback from individuals and in no way are we making any claim to be gluten free.
As always, you should follow the advice of your physician, especially regarding food allergies
PICK UP
If I live in Franklin or Nashville, can I pick up my order?
We manufacture and ship Grab The Gold™, mostly to businesses who retail our product. We are not a retail business and do not have regular hours nor the staff, facilities or licensing to handle pick up orders. We encourage our customers to purchase from local retailers or from our website if it is easier for them.
